Elections have consequences and decisions made in the political arena directly affect service delivery to residents and the lives and livelihoods of our members. Politicians have a big hand in deciding the policies that affect us so it's important to know where they stand on issues relating to our jobs as professional firefighters — retirement security, occupational safety and health, collective bargaining rights, wages and benefits, worker rights, staffing and presumptive illness protections.
